The 38-year-old swapped in and out of an array of sporty outfits for the Don Flood shot spread while treating readers to her 5-minute workout for killer curves.

"I must have great genes because I got away with the minimum amount of exercise for a very long time! It wasn't until I turned 25 that I noticed I wasn't in shape."

On what she did to fix it:

"I had to make fitness a part of my life. I started running six days a week for about 45 minutes and hitting the gym to strength-train. And recently I've gotten into yoga; I like how it keeps my body limber."

On her Valentine's Day menu plans:

"There's nothing more romantic than Italian food. I'll probably start with heirloom tomatoes and burrata cheese, then serve my homemade vegetable lasagna, along with a nice glass of Chianti. I don't bake, so I'll get something delicious from the bakery for dessert. When it comes to sweets, I give myself a free pass and allow some splurging."

On how she's feeling about turning 30:

"Sometimes I'm totally in shock that it's happened so quickly – but at the same time, I don't get that hung up over it. I actually feel very grounded."

As for her new project “The Forgotten,” Elisha says she’s already feeling at home with the rest of the cast, including Christian Slater.

I feel like I’ve seamlessly come into the cast with The Forgotten. I’ve been comfortable since day one-mostly because I’ve worked with Christian before. But I instantly felt comfortable. The crew here is fantastic, and the cast is a lot of fun. I have to say, we have a blast every day in between some of the more serious stuff we have to play.

I was 18 years old when I shot the pilot for 24. I’ve been off and on for many years with them. They have seen me in a different way. But now I’m 27 years old, the experience is there, and I feel a hell of a lot more confident now than I did when I was 18. To be able to bring that on board with this new show! I just feel good. Meanwhile, the producers of "24" are filled with excitement over Elisha's return to the show as her character, Kim. “Their relationship was far from healed the last time we saw her, so the capacity for that emotional rift to be healed was the emotional center of bringing her back,” told Howard Gordon, one of the producers, about Kim and Jack.

It also sounds like Miss Cuthbert's character will be staying around for the entire season. “She’s not a victim or someone who’s going to cause Jack any harm. She tries to save his life…We took a few stabs at different ways to bring her back, and we think we finally found a way that fans will rally appreciate and, more importantly, that Jack will appreciate. The “24” blonde bombshell looked cute and conservative in a black jacket/skirt combo teamed with a pair of black high-heeled boots as she laughed in between takes. Cuthbert was joined by Allen and Elfman (driving a classic convertible) who were filming a scene in which Jenna was throwing a bunch of things at Tim, including a sexy blue bra.

When they weren’t filming, the three stars looked to be having a marvelous time joking around with each other. Then again, with Jenna Elfman and Tim Allen, there’s never a dull moment.

On their oceanside outing, Elisha sported a sexy white and black pinstriped bikini. Meanwhile, Dion put his 80's style boardshorts away and threw on a more up to date pair of black and white 'DC' shorts.  According to paparazzi on the scene, "The cute pair enjoyed a walk along the beach before making their way towards the shoreline to cool off in the clear waters."
